• Ann Friedman and Aminatou Sow, coined Shine Theory– the premise that “I don’t shine if you don’t shine” and the commitment to collaborating instead of competing, especially with other women.

• Brian Eno’s concept of “scenius”, the concept that great ideas are often birthed by a group of creative individuals—artists, curators, thinkers, theorists, and other tastemakers—who make up an “ecology of talent” rather than lone geniuses. Austin Kleon wrote a great summary here.
